Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, some more time be given to deposit the amount as per the directions of this Court, passed on 2/9/2016 in Writ Petition No.537/2014.

The submission so made on behalf of the petitioner has no relevance to the present petition. This petition challenges the legality and correctness of the order passed on 21/10/2016, whereby defence of the petitioner has been struck off for his failure to comply said order of the High Court. I see no illegality, perversity or arbitrariness in the impugned order. The petition deserves to be dismissed summarily. It is dismissed with costs. ( S. B. SHUKRE ) JUDGE fmp/wp525.17
