Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that, against the judgment dated 26.5.2020 passed in Writ Petition Nos.7428 of 2016 and 8033 of 2019, respondent no.1 had preferred Civil Appeal Nos.7324 of 2021 before the Honourable Supreme Court. That the Honourable Supreme Court by its Order dated 1.12.2021 was pleased to dismiss the Civil Appeal Nos.7324 of 2021, 7325 of 2021 and 7326 of 2021, thereby confirming the judgment and order dated 26.5.2020 passed in the said writ petitions.

Perusal of record indicates that, the facts narrated by the learned Counsel for the petitioners are as per record.

In view thereof, the petitioners are entitled for grant of relief as prayed for in prayer clause (C-1). The said prayer clause (C-1), reads as under:- "(C-1) By issuing appropriate writ in the nature of order respondent authorities may be directed to decide the representation dt. 01/03/2021 made by petitioners in view of the Common Judgment and Order dt.26/05/2020 in W.P. No.7428/2016 and W.P. No.8033/2019 as the present petitioners are similarly situated employees entitled to same order counting their services from 10/03/2005 and for that purpose issue necessary orders."

Petition is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (C-1).
