After arguing at length on merits, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned advocate for applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application. She however makes a request that marriage of applicant's cousin Rohini D/o.Chatrabhuj Munde is scheduled on 26.04.2024 and so as to enable the applicant to attend the marriage, he may be granted interim protection up to 27.04.2024. A marriage invitation card is placed on record in support of the said submission. In the said invitation card, names of applicant and his wife are mentioned. S.P. Rane
