This matter was heard for quite sometime.

It is stated that the following proceedings are pending in between the Applicant/ wife and the Respondent/ husband :- (a) PWDVA No.178/2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad.

(b) Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-173/2017 before the learned Family Court at Aurangabad.

(c) Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.128/2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandwad, District Nashik.

(d) Hindu Marriage Petition No.111/2017 before the learned

*2* Civil Judge, Senior Division, Niphad, District Nashik. After the submissions of the learned Advocates were concluded, there was a consensus that three proceedings can be transferred to the concerned Courts situated at Niphad, District Nashik so that the Applicant/ wife, who resides at a distance of 25 kilometers from Niphad in Taluka Chandwad, District Nashik and the Respondent/ husband, who resides at Aurangabad, can participate in all these four proceedings at the same place and can request the concerned Courts to post all these matters on the same day.

Considering the above, this Miscellaneous Civil Application is partly allowed with the following directions :- (a) PWDVA No.178/2017 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad, shall be transferred to the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Niphad, District Nashik..

(b) Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-173/2017 pending before the learned Family Court at Aurangabad, shall be transferred to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Niphad, District Nashik.

(c) Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.128/2017 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandwad,

*3* District Nashik, shall be transferred to the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Niphad, District Nashik.

The litigating sides are permitted to appear before the concerned Courts at Niphad, District Nashik in the above four cases on 12.03.2018. The concerned Courts dealing with these matters need not issue a formal notice as the parties are suo-moto appearing on 12.03.2018. Both the parties are at liberty to request the concerned Courts to post the matters on the same day so that both the parties can attend these cases on a single day.
