appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions of the Officer, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the tribe claim of the petitioner will be decided within one month from today. He further submits that, the hearing of the tribe claim of the petitioner is scheduled on 17th December, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will extend full co-operation for early decision of her tribe claim. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner assures this Court that the petitioner will cause her appearance on scheduled date, and even subsequent dates if it is necessary and required. In that view of the matter, the Petition succeeds in terms of prayer clause "B" and the same stands disposed of.

Needless to observe that in case the tribe claim of the petitioner is validated, Respondent No.4 shall forthwith declare the result of the petitioner.
