1] We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. AGP states that he has received instructions from the Additional Collector, Jalgaon that auction of sand spot of the writ village was dropped. AGP has filed on record said communication received by him. Same is taken on record and marked"X" for identification.

2] In view of that, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of as such. In case fresh auction proceedings are taken up and parties are aggrieved, then parties may take appropriate steps. No costs.
