This petition is filed only with following substantive prayer:

(B) To issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, the respondent nos.1 and 2 may kindly be directed not to give effect for 15 days in case any adverse order is passed against the petitioner or Director Board of APMC, Ambejogai, in pursuance to show cause notice dated 24.10.2018, which is at Exhibit "A".
