It appears that the registration of appeal was refused under the order dtd.19.10.2022 since the appellant -Acquiring Body could not remove the office objections till 16.11.2022. However, the learned counsel for Acquiring Body is ready to remove all the office objections within four weeks.

As such, the application stands allowed and the order dtd.19.10.2022 is hereby recalled subject to removal of all the office objections within the period of four weeks.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
