Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

A simple notice was issued to respondent No.2 on 13th December, 2018. By an order dated 1st March, 2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2750 of 2017, a statement was made before this Court through learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader that the authorities shall decide the proposal on its own merits. The said statement was accepted and the Education Officer was directed to decide the proposal on merits within a stipulated period of five weeks.

Post issuance of notice of this Court, the proposal of the petitioner is decided. As such, the order of this Court is now complied with.

In view of aforesaid fact, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition and submitted that the petitioner be granted an opportunity to challenge the decision, in case if she aggrieve, by availing the appropriate remedies. In view of above, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly with liberty as prayed for. (R. G. AVACHAT, J.) (PRASANNA B. VARALE, J.) sjk
