The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 30.08.2024 whereby registration of their first appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also a delay of 60 for filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within three weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 30.08.2024 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections within three weeks.
