This application is for condonation of delay of 850 days caused in filing the first appeal by the claimants. It is stated in the application that the claimant is a minor through his mother. She was not aware even of passing of the order. It is only after she got the knowledge, she filed the present application. It is stated that, even the amount of compensation is not withdrawn for

The application is opposed by the learned advocate for respondent.

Considering the fact that the applicant is a minor through his mother, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Therefore, the civil application is allowed. Delay of 850 days stands condoned. Office to register first appeal. 5.
