The applicants are convicted and sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment of six months and to pay a fine of Rs.25,000/-, in default to suffer RI for 6 months for offence punishable under section 21 (1) and (2) of the Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. 3.

Since fine amount is already deposited and as the applicants were on bail during the trial and they have not misused the facility of bail, the application is allowed in terms of
