The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 1718 days. The learned counsel for the acquiring body strongly opposed the application on the ground that in addition there is also circulation delay.

However, for the reasons stated in the application, the aforesaid delay of 1718 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay as well as for the delay in circulating the matter belatedly. The application is accordingly disposed of. 4.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
