The learned AGP has placed on record a copy of order dated 7th February 2024, by which the proposal of the Petitioner dated 15th November 2022 is decided.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the said order is not communicated to the Petitioner. The order/communication reveals that it is addressed to the Headmaster, Kusumtai Madhyamik Vidyalay, CIDCO, Nanded and a copy is also marked to the Chairman/Secretary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Shikshan Sanstha, Hatrada.

In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, the contempt petition is disposed of.
