PER COURT :- 1.
Both these petitioners are students, who have been admitted to the B. Pharmacy Course. Their claims of belonging to "Tokre Koli" Scheduled tribe is pending before the competent committee, at Dhule.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that in the case of Kundan Raju Koli, vigilance cell report is already aaa/-
wp 13329.22+1.odt submitted to the committee. The petitioner Kundan can collect the said report from the Committee by 10.1.2023 and can submit his written explanation, on or before 20.1.2023. Thereafter, the committee can pass an order by 3rd of February, 2023.

In the case of Dhanashri Pravin Koli, it is submitted that the vigilance cell report has already been served and the father of the petitioner can be heard by the committee on 10.1.2023 and the Committee can pass an order in the said proceedings by 31.1.2023.

The learned advocate representing the petitioners namely Kundan and Dhanashri, is agreeable to the suggestions of the learned AGP, on instructions. As such, the statements are recorded.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed off. The committee would deliver its verdict in the case of Kundan Raju Koli, on or before 3.2.2023 and in case of Dhanashree Pravin Koli, on or before 31.1.2023. (SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.) ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) ...
