1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGP for the respondent nos.2 & 3.

2] In view of the submissions made and the reasoning given, this Court holds that stay needs to be granted to the judgments and orders dated 20.8.2013 passed by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge (S.D.), Latur, subject to the condition of deposit of the entire amount, covered under the said judgments and orders, by the applicant within eight weeks from today in this Court. If the amount as directed is not deposited, it is to be treated that there is no stay to the impugned judgments and orders. Civil applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms.
