Mr. Bhokarikar, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the respondent No. 4 be directed to reconstruct the loan of the year 2015-2016 for further period of five years. According to the learned advocate the authorities have reconstructed the loan of the petitioner. The learned advocate submits that, in respect of the similarly situated persons who had taken similar loan from the Nationalized Bank, they have been given benefit. The petitioner has not been accorded the said benefit.

According to the respondent No. 4, the benefit is given to
2 wp 12762.16 those banks whom the government has provided funds. The present respondent No. 4 is not beneficiary of any such funds and said scheme is not applicable.

Reconstruction of loan and another aspects are between the creditor and debtor and the authorities under the statute. 4.
In case under the recent policy of the Government, if the petitioner is entitled for any benefit of waiver, then the petitioner may approach the bank for the said purpose or the authorities under the statute.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
