The Labour Court has issued process against Mr.Divakar Janardhan Damle and Mr.Gurupur Damodhar Rao on 11/03/2016. Both have preferred Revision (ULP) No.16/2016 which has been dismissed by the Industrial Court by judgment dated 22/09/2016. 3.

Considering the above and the law laid down in the matter of Subhash Laxman Jadhav and another Vs. Vinod Nivrutti Kamble and others, [2016(II) CLR 906], this civil application cannot be entertained. Moreover, the two persons against whom process has khs/JAN.2017/602-d

been issued, have not filed this civil application. 4.
