Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the 'lis' among the parties in First Appeal No. 2219 of 2016 stands terminated under judgement and order dated 31-10-2017 and in the circumstances, having regard to orders passed from time to time, entries in Schedule-I would be required to be taken. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the concerned authority had been baulked by the pendency of the first appeal from acting upon the application annexed to the

953-wp-533-2016 petition at page 52. He refers to pages 55/55-A of the petition depicting aforesaid. Having regard to that First Appeal No. 2219 of 2016 has been dismissed, it appears that the considered impediment now stands removed from acting upon the application. As such, the authority concerned to proceed with further in respect of the application in accordance with law.
