This application is for condonation of delay caused in filing the appeal. It is stated in the application that the applicant is 78 years old person. He was not immediately made aware of the impugned judgment and award. It took some time thereafter to approach the Advocate. Some time is also taken for obtaining certified copies. The delay of 281 days.

This Court finds that the cause is sufficiently shown for condonation of delay. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Hence, the delay is condoned. The application is allowed. The First Appeal be registered.
