Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP accepts notice for respondents 1, 2 and 4.

Mr. Chalak, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed Shikshan Sevak from reserved category. Even caste claim of the petitioner as belonging to "Kokani" Scheduled Tribe has been validated by the Committee. The Management has forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak. However, no decision has been taken upon it as yet.

The learned AGP states that in case the proposal is pending, the authority would take decision upon it on its own merits.

In case the proposal forwarded by the Management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with respondent No.4 (Exh. K), then respondent No.4 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
