PER COURT :- Heard Mr. Dheple, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. S.P. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for respondent No.1. It is submitted that during pendency of First appeal No.1281/2014 filed against the Judgment in MACP No.594/2008, original claimant No.5 in the said Motor Accident Claim petition died and since then the wife of the deceased namely Mathurabai Sitaram Pradhan was already taken on record, no further legal heirs were required to be brought on record. However, while passing the order, no specific order has been passed by this Court as about the disbursement of the amount of compensation as was given to the share of original claimant No.5.

{2} CA 1147.19 In the circumstances, a prayer is made to remit the said amount along with interest accrued thereon in favour of present applicant No.4 - Mathurabai Sitaram Pradhan.
