Heard Shri Chavan, learned Counsel for the applicant. Learned Counsel submits that on 16th November, 2015, conditional order was passed by this Court as follows:

If steps are not taken for service on unserved respondents, within a period of two weeks from today, respective Appeals / Applications shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. "

Since steps were not taken by the applicant within the stipulated period, the Application for condonation of delay came to be dismissed in default by the learned Registrar. Learned counsel submits that the applicant undertakes to take all necessary steps to serve unserved respondents within four weeks.
