The Applicant prays that Writ Petition No.1059/2008 be listed for final hearing. He points out that by earlier orders dated 14.11.2014 and 19.06.2015 passed in Civil Application Nos.7011/2014 and 6548/2015, respectively, the Applicant's applications were rejected and he was granted liberty to renew his request. He has renewed his request for the third time.

The learned Advocate for the Non Applicants opposed the application.
