Mr. Palodkar, learned counsel on instructions of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

From the gamut of the dispute, it appears that the Petition was bonafide. Mr. Palodkar, learned counsel graciously submits that out of Rs.50,000/-, Rs. 25,000/- be directed to be paid to the High Court Bar Association Library and remaining Rs.25,000/- be allowed to be withdrawn by the petitioner.

Considering that the petitioner under the bonafide belief has filed litigation, we permit the petitioner to withdraw Rs.25,000/- and remaining Rs.25,000/- be paid to the High Court Bar Association Library.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil applications are also disposed of.
