After hearing the learned Counsel for all the parties, it transpires that it is the case of otherwise termination of the petitioner. The petitioner has remedy to challenge his termination before the School Tribunal. If such proceedings are filed, all contentions of respective parties are kept open. The Tribunal shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition. As far as other reliefs are concerned, i.e. action to be taken against the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 by respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the authorities are entitled to proceed further as per the decision taken by them.
