P.C. :- All these petitions are for giving directions to the respondent No.3 Education Officer to decide the proposal filed by the school in repsect of approval to their appointments.

There is no necessity to issue notice to respondent management and the School. The learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and on instructions, statement is made that the respondent No.3 shall decide the proposal within a period of 8 weeks. 3.
In view of the said statement, petitions stand disposed of by giving directions to the respondent No.3 Education Officer (Secondary) to decide the proposal submitted by the School within a period of eight weeks from today.
