Present Petition has been filed for issuing directions to respondent No.3 Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Dhule to decide the proposal dated 25th September 2023 filed by respondent No.5 for grant of approval to the services of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak.

Learned AGP, after accepting notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, submits that the said proposal can be decided within a period of three months.

In view of the said statement, Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of prayer clause (C) with directions to respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule to decide the proposal dated 25th September 2023, within a period of THREE MONTHS from today.
