Applicant prays for modification of the order passed by this Court on 24.06.2016 permitting him to withdraw amount on fulfilment of certain preconditions. 2.

Applicant has been permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount out of the amount deposited by acquiring body on furnishing solvent security for the like amount. Applicant is desirous of furnishing bank guarantee since he is not in a position to furnish solvent security. 3.

In this view of the matter, applicant shall be permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount out of the amount deposited by acquiring body on
