Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant No.2 was minor at the time of filing of claim petition. Now she is 17 years old and at least an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- is required for her educational purpose. Considering the challenge to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal, I am inclined to allow this civil application to the extent of withdrawal of amount as prayed by the applicants. Civil application is thus allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation to the extent of Rs.1,00,000/-. Civil application is disposed of. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
