All the writ petitions can be disposed of at the stage of first hearing, as the petitioners have prayed for directions to respondent [1]

918, 919, 920 and 922.odt No.3 to decide their proposal filed by the respective respondent - School for grant of approval to the services of the petitioners as Shikshan Sevak.

Learned AGP after waiving service for respondent Nos.1 to 3 makes a statement that those proposals would be decided within a period of four months.

The said statement is taken as undertaking. In view of the same, all the four writ petitions stand disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to decide the proposals in respect of grant of approval to the services of the petitioners submitted by their School, within a period of four months from today.
