The police have found the missing girl and produced before this Court. She gives her age as 21 years. Her statement has been recorded. She has stated that she had got married to a person in 2020. However, her husband was not treating her properly and therefore, she was residing with her sister. However, prior to her marriage, she had a love affair and she says that even prior to her marriage, she had gone voluntarily alongwith the said person. But, thereafter, when she brought and the fact that the person with whom she had eloped was not from her caste, due to the pressure from her parents, she had performed the marriage. But, she wanted to marry the person with whom she had eloped. Then she says that even after

She says that it is her voluntary act and she has no desire to go alongwith her parents, especially, the petitioner, who is her father. Taking into consideration the fact that the missing girl is a major person and in clear terms she admits that she had gone with that person voluntarily, we are letting her free and no further direction can be issued in the writ petition.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
