The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has made application for grant of CL-II license in the name of M/s D. R. Distributors at Hanuman Nagar Gram Panchayat Wadi (Bk), Tq. & Dist. Nanded.

The learned A. G. P. submits that, the same is under consideration by the authorities. The authorities shall take decision upon application of the petitioner for grant of CL-II license on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
