The registration of the First Appeal and the companion applications were refused by the Registrar (Judicial) by the order dated 07.07.2015 for failure of the appellant to take steps for removing office objections.

The learned advocate for the appellant submits that though he is seeking restoration by condoning the delay, the office has informed him that the papers of the First Appeal with the Civil Applications are destroyed by following the rules framed under the Appellate Sides Rules therefore he may have to reconstruct the files.

For the reasons mentioned in the application the First Appeal along with the Civil Applications are restored to the file subject to the condition that the appellant cooperates the Registry in reconstruction of the file and gets the file reconstructed within a period of four weeks and thereafter removes the objections if any.

The execution and operation of the impugned award shall stand stayed till the next date subject to the appellant/Insurance Company depositing the entire amount of award together with interest in this Court within four weeks.
