It appears that as per office objections the present application in spite for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant No. 3 on record. As per the Death Certificate annexed appellant No.3 Mohammad Iqbal Pirmohammad Bagwan Shaikh died on 02.07.2013 and present applicant Nos. 3A to 3D are his legal representatives. Thus considering the right to sue, the delay of 2235 days in bringing

the aforesaid legal representatives on record stands condoned and the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B'and 'Ç' .

The applicants to carry out the amendment within the stipulated period.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
