All these petitions have been filed for issuing directions to respondent No.3 to decide the proposal filed by respondent No.5 school for grant of approval to the services of the petitioners as Shikshan Sevak. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that those proposals would be decided on merits within a period of 8 weeks. In view of the said statement, which is taken as undertaking to this Court, petitions stand disposed of with directions to respondent No.3 to decide the proposals filed by respondent No.5 School, for grant of approval to the services of the petitioners, within a period of 8 weeks from today.
