1] After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application invoking provisions of Section 3

(5) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1965, for revocation of the impugned suspension order.

2] In case, the petitioner submits appropriate application, the competent authority shall examine the
