The learned advocate for the insurance company which has preferred the appeal submits that there is a serious dispute as regards the claimants being the dependents of the deceased being the married daughters.

Considering the aforementioned aspects, the applicants are allowed to withdraw Rs.3,00,000/- out of the amount deposited in this Court by the insurance company by furnishing undertaking in usual terms. The application is disposed of. The stay is confirmed and the application for stay is disposed of.
