During pendency of the Second Appeal, parties have arrived at amicable settlement and entered into consent terms. Those consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Thereafter, this Court, by order dated 05th March, 2024, referred the parties to learned Registrar (J) of this Court for verification of the consent terms. Accordingly, the learned Registrar (J) verified the contents of the consent terms through the parties and submitted report on the same day.

{2} 902.odt On going through the said report, it appears that the parties have voluntarily entered into the consent terms and they have also admitted contents of the same. In view of the same, the consent terms, identified as "X" are accepted and the decree be drawn as per the said consent terms.

The Second Appeal is accordingly disposed of along with the pending Civil Applications, if any. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE adb
