Perused the FIR.

The name of the applicant figured in the FIR attributing with some overt acts. The informant was just 17 years of age. She first shared the incident with her family members and after 4 days, the FIR has been lodged. Only because of the delay of 4 days in registration of the crime, the allegations in the FIR cannot be branded as untrue. The applicant was after the informant and her friend Rutuja. He offered both of them a chocolate. He stalked them on three occasions i.e. on 19.07.2023, 24.07.2023 and 25.07.2023. In view of the same,
