The objections raised by the petitioner have been rejected by respondent no.2 - Divisional Commissioner. The reasons recorded by respondent no.2 - Divisional Commissioner while rejecting the objections of the petitioner appear to be just and proper.

We are not inclined to entertain the petition in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is devoid of substance and as such, stands rejected.
