The learned counsel for applicants submitted that the judgment and order passed in Sessions Case No.82 of 2019 may be suspended

917 APPLN.3986.2023.odt and the applicants may be released on bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, Criminal Application No.3986 of 2023 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). During pendency of the criminal revision application, the execution of sentence awarded to the applicants is suspended and the applicants be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.10,000/- each with surety of the like amount. The bail bond shall be furnished before the Trial Court.
