The proposal has been decided. The approval has been granted to the appointment of the petitioner. In view of that, the contempt stands purged.

Mr Avishkar Shelke, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, however, the regular salary is not being paid. In case the services of the petitioner is approved, then if there is no other impediment, the steps can be taken for payment of salary to the petitioner.
