It has been mainly contended by the applicant that applicant Panditrao Gaikwad is expired on 03.12.2015 leaving behind his L.Rs. as Smt. Indumati Panditrao Gaikwad. The present application is filed on 10.12.2015. A copy of death certificate is also placed on record. It is seen from the copy of death certificate that Panditrao Gaikwad expired on 03.12.2015. The present application is filed within time. There is contest to this application. In view of the above, I have no difficulty to pass following order.

Civil Application No.16474 of 2015 is hereby allowed. The applicant is permitted to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased Panditrao Kishanrao Gaikwad within a period of limitation.
