This petition is pending since 2015. It is informed to the Court that the petitioner has died on 24th February, 2023. In spite of this no steps are taken to bring LR's of the petitioner on record. By way of indulgence time is granted by two weeks.

It is clarified that if by that time no LR's is brought on record of the deceased-petitioner, petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
