Mr. M.N. Navandar, learned Counsel for respondents, raises preliminary objection that the

(Order) (2) W.P. No. 01295 of 2016 petitioner has remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of that, though Mr. G.K. Thigle Naik, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought to canvass contentions on merit, we are not inclined to entertain the petition.

With liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy and keeping all the contentions open, present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
