Mr Bhore, learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, makes a motion for withdrawal of present petition with a liberty to canvass the issue of release of vehicle, in the proceedings which are pending on the file of Revisional Authority and which are preferred against the order of levy of penalty.

If such application for release of vehicle is moved by the petitioner, the authority dealing with the appeal, shall decide the said application as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two weeks from the date of moving such application. 3.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
