2 Cr.Apln. 6677.2016 facie, I am satisfied that the amount deposited by the husband towards maintenance for wife and minor son can be permitted to be withdrawn. The amount of ` 30,000/- [Rupees Thirty Thousand] deposited with the registry of this Court be given to the present applicant No. 1 Amrapali w/o Santosh Divekar along with interest on it, if any.
