The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the notices of respondent Nos.1 and 2 returned unserved for the reason that they are not residing on the given addresses. However, these addresses are the last known addresses of respondent Nos.1 and 2. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to payment of necessary charges to be paid directly to the concerned newspaper.
