This application is moved by applicant/Shree Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi based on the circulatory resolution passed by the Ahhoc Committee managing its affairs pursuant to the order of this Court. 3.

By a circulatory resolution No.602, pursuant to Subject No.16 on the agenda, the Ad-hoc Committee has decided to purchase ventilators with a composite scheme of buy-back by floating an E-tender.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "(B) The Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.602 passed by the Ld. Ad-Hoc Committee vide it's meeting dtd 10.10.2024 for purchase of 25 Ventilators Machines & 2 Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer machines with a 5 year Warranty and 5 year CAMC (Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract) through E-Tenders, for which an estimated amount of Rs.8,62,00,150/- & 92,79,520/- i.e. total of Rs.9,54,79,680/- is required to be spent."
